Me in all my glory - Seema Diahnan
Photo: Sunil Ramnarain
Durban, South Africa •• Dec. 11, 2000 •• SolarQuest® iNet News Service •• Namasthe. This is the traditional Indian greeting of the Hindu religion. My name is Seema Diahnan and I am a South African student of Indian descent. (Just a rambling reflection - South African are passionate about the whole African Renaissance and unity through diversity concepts.)

And now to unleash some personal stuff about myself to the unsuspecting world. I am a 20 year old second year journalism student at Technikon Natal. I am also a regular contributer to what has now become the most widely-read youth page in South Africa's most populated province, KwaZulu Natal. Having always been a die-hard limelight junkie and an impossible optimist, I have set my sights on pursuing a career in the glamourous world of broadcast journalism. In pursuit of this, I currently co-present a dance show with one of my provinces's most popular DJs. For more information, feast your eyes on www.ecr.co.za.
