Importance: Normal
Here are the action items from the conference call.

1. Selection completed
2. Info Packets sent out
3. Air Travel -- Karen will coordinate this.
4. Hotel -- Waiting to resolve issue with Marriott
5. Chaperones -- Stuart okayed travel for four. Parents of
- Cassie Nelson
- Amy Bowman
- One from VT youth
- Science Teacher
-Also, Steve Hand's mother will probably also attend.
- Susan is determining who and how many will be available to help on the
floor from Shallow Footprints workshop.
- Allan will determine same from local volunteers. (We need to block out
times and responsibilities for all of these once they are identified.)
-Allan is preparing waiver so younger children can stay in rooms with
Chaperones even if unrelated as well as detailed list of
responsibilities for Chaperones. (Allan we probably need to address
issue # 7 prior to completing this list.)
6. Allan is getting definition of what is expected for news team
members. (Allan please develop language that offers this as an
opportunity not a responsibility. We may want to structure it so all
don't have to do it every day.)
7. Need a detailed hour-by-hour agenda. Susan -- Please get info to
Allan regarding time blocks for opportunities for exhibit hall
volunteering (Box City and Shallow Footprints) Allan be sure to include
all blocks of time where you envision the news team.
8. Moderator completed
9. What about the youth moderator? Are we still doing this David?

Please coordinate questions with David or I. If there are any other
issues we need action on, please let me know. Thanks.

David and I talked this morning and with the selection process
completed, logistics undeway, and the event approaching quickly, we
probably need to talk as a group to make sure we all are on the same
page. Some of the issues we need to discuss are:

* Chaperones
* Youth Schedule of Events
* Logistics

2 PM on Wed seemed like a good time. How does this work for everyone? I
will get a call in number. Please respond. Thanks.
