 Task GS-1: GreenStar Draft Proposal - 1/16/99 • Due Date: 1/20/1999
Jock,

Please review the following draft two-year program schedule. The intent of this draft is to identify timelines and tasks to develop a financially sustainable Industry-Education Partnership model for a school district to build, deploy, and support field operations for a GreenStar unit.

EcoSage Corporation (ESC) will agree to develop this program with a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the GreenStar Foundation. A detailed concept paper explaining each step defined below will be prepared upon the execution of an MOU.

Please let me know if you need further clarification on any of these items. This could be accomplished by telephone or in a meeting Monday or Tuesday when I am in the Boston area.

Thanks,

Allan
