Dear Event Organizer,

The National Town Meeting is less than a month away and we want to make sure that our affiliated events get the maximum exposure they deserve. We need your help to make this happen.

We are currently preparing materials for display in the "Affiliated Events" area of the Exhibit Hall in Detroit. We would like to display materials that best express the mission and activities of your organization and/or illustrate the event you affiliated. Due to space and staff limitations we cannot distribute these materials so please send items that are good "For Exhibit Only." We will, however, be happy to distribute business cards you provide for the key contact person.

Examples of items to exhibit include:
*** Promotional posters/fliers for your event
*** Proceedings or program for your event
*** Digital or regular photographs
*** Organizational mission statement and principals
*** Exhibits
*** Commitments
*** Press clippings or coverage
*** Newsletters
*** Papers or resolutions developed for your event
*** Artwork

These materials should be sent before April 19th to:
