Sure enuf I had just imagined that I created an address called "support" --

But now I've done it for real. Support messages go to Justin and

InetNews@solarquest.com goes both to INetNews *and* to ahanks.

To log into INetNews via Exchange (the mail server), you have to log in as "contest"....

Then, to log in under the schoolhouse it's a bit confusing --- the e-mail is inetnews@solarquest.com. I do this 'cuz both are using the same mailbox.

Both use the same password also -- sunday.

Hey folks,
I have come across a problem. We have sent out material that tell people that is there are any questions or problems to contact support@solarquest.com or inetnews@solarquest.com

The problem is that no one is check these e-mails. More than that no one knows what the passwords are for these accounts.

Do we have passwords for these accounts?
Do these account even exist?
Did anyone ever set them up?
We need to get these accounts established so we can be checking them and getting back to people who have questions.
