Subject: Memorandum of Understanding

Dear Allan,

I am prepared to sign the memorandum of understanding, if you could clarify two things:

1) What would be the cost of the replacement bond if the equipment were stolen; and

2) What will be the approximate costs of operation and maintenance after the University purchases the equipment for $1?

I am not sure how I sign? Let me know.
