VITA and ICORE will maintain close coordination and, where politically and economically feasible, support and assist the overall Joint-Venture humanitarian effort in the following areas.
1. Site training, direct or contract
2. Combine quantity purchases of equipment for maximum discounts
3. Administration and coordination of the humanitarian use of the Wavix satellite communication system
