Task A: VITA FCC License - October 2000 • Due Date: 5/18/2000

A. The critical gating item in the joint venture is the requirement for the VITA FCC license to be in operation by October 1, 2000. Failure to be operational by this time may result in the loss of the VITA FCC licenses. To be operational requires:
1. VITA to have its existing license application approved by the FCC
2. Wavix to be funded to the extent of $3 million to establish and operate the Wavix satellite system necessary for VITA operations
